Karen Sheehan is a trial attorney and litigator and has practiced law since 1996, when she began working as a personal injury insurance defense attorney for a Massachusetts insurer. Since then, Attorney Sheehan has represented plaintiffs in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, workers compensation claims, premises liability claims, wrongful death, consumer protection, and general liability cases. She has successfully represented her clients in mediations, arbitrations, trials and has prepared and argued dispositive motions which were favorable to her clients and included awarded costs. Attorney Sheehan has over twenty-five years of litigation experience and is licensed to practice in Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court of Massachusetts. Attorney Sheehan is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
